About our products...
Farm Fresh Eggs
We currently have 15 new baby chickens and 2 ducks! We expect eggs around late summer.
We have two coops as well as two different grazing yards. We rotate our birds between the yards, which measure around 15' x 90' and 50' x 50'. The birds graze on natural foliage, garden scraps and bugs, just as nature intended. They are also provided with Purina Layena Pellets Premium Poultry Feed, which simple ingredients are formulated with no added antibiotics, animal proteins or fillers.
Our eggs are brown in color and range in size and shape. We can collect anywhere between 12 to 18 eggs a day during the summer months. If you are looking for the everyday white, perfectly identical, $0.99 eggs most people grew up on...our eggs are not for you. If you are looking for a nutritious, natural egg, with a taste second to none, look no further. We hear all the time from our buyers, "You can't beat the taste of farm fresh eggs," usually followed by, "I have never seen a yoke as bright as these eggs!" The bright yoke color comes from the fact that our chickens are able to walk around and graze on fresh greens.
This truly is a case of getting exactly what you pay for.
